If you would like to make a return, you can do so by sending your items (within 28 days of your purchase) to the following address: MODEL SPORTS WORKS LTD, 21 MITCHAM ROAD, ILFORD, IG3 8QW, UK. With your return, please include a note stating your name, your order number, and the reason why you are returning the item(s). Once we receive it, we will issue you a refund. Alternatively, if you would like to exchange your item, you can follow the same steps but mention this in your return note. If your item has arrived faulty or is faulty past the 28 days, or you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us on INQUIRY@MODELHOCKEY.CO.UK or by filling out a contact form.
